The Scot became Britain’s youngest ever club champion at the age of 11, before turning pro aged 17. She has since made 136 starts on the Ladies European Tour, including seven top 10s and two wins at the 2012 Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open and the 2012 Deutsche Bank Ladies Swiss Open.

One-Handed Drill
Carly likes to start he golf warm-up hitting one-handed chips with a wedge. This simple golf warm-up drill forces you to find your rhythm so that you warm-up slowly and don't cause any unnecessary injuries. She also likes to focus on the strike, which is a great way to warm-up your short game at the same time.
Have A Target Carly then likes to move through her bag from wedges to driver. While doing this she has an alignment stick lined up with her target, so rather than hitting balls randomly into the distance, she has more of a focus. This is important when warming up as it replicates the process you go through during your round, meaning this golf warm-up drill also works as a mental game warm-up too.
