Tiger Woods holed a 20-footer on the 72nd green at Torrey Pines in 2008 to force a play-off with Rocco Mediate. Despite suffering with a serious knee injury, Woods defeated Mediate on the first hole of sudden death after the pair completed the 18 play-off holes in 71 strokes
