Cruel School explains the increasing importance of the end-of-season tour. The annual examination proves to be a daunting task for golfers, often referred to as “golf’s torture chamber.” Golfer’s success is crucial at this event.

“When the PGA Tour’s Q School in American stopped offering direct entry to main tour events in 2013, the European Tour’s School became the biggest and most important qualifying tournament in world golf. A book to mark the 40^th anniversary underlines its importance,” says Biddiscombe.
