We've all been there, back in the clubhouse after a round in the pouring rain and biting wind, nursing a well-deserved drink and trying to remember what it feels like to play in shorts and polo-shirt with the sun on your back. So how lucky am I, spending a September fortnight in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, playing resort courses designed by famous names in deliciously warm weather. Roco Ki, Punta Espada and La Cana are all in fantastic condition, the latter with fours holes on the beach and a finish that runs right along the ocean front - straight from a golf magazine!
