USPGA Championship Golf Betting Tips 2019
The second Major of the season is the USPGA Championship being played at Bethpage Black in New York.
Some things are guaranteed at Bethpage, rowdy, raucous crowds and a tough test of golf.
The USPGA Championship has moved from its usual August space in the golfing calendar to this new position of May – and I think it is a great move to keep golf flowing through the year.
Brooks Koepka is the defending champion having won his third Major in the USPGA Championship in 2018 – he is 11/1 to win the event again this year.

USPGA Championship Golf Betting Tips 2019 Advised Bets - Final Round
Brooks Koepka is all set to win his fourth Major as he has a seven shot lead going into the final round - the fight for second place is still on and you may be able to get some good each way money still.
USPGA Championship Golf Betting Tips 2019 - Post Cut
Some bookmakers are offering a market without Brooks Koepka - this may be the way to go if you can't find decent each way market.
Jordan Spieth 1 point each way at 150/ with Sportnation.bet – only two shots back from second place - if you can get each way odds for the top three, then he is worth a punt.
Matt Wallace 1 point each way at 150/ with Sportnation.bet – The Englishman has been showing real grit this week, and he will want to of course finish as high up the leaderboard as possible.
USPGA Championship Golf Betting Tips 2019 - Post Cut
Tommy Fleetwood 1 point each way at 80/1 with Sportnation.bet Got to six under par at one point in round two, now down at 2 under par. Think he will have a good weekend.
Hideki Matsuyama 1 point each way at 100/1 with Sportnation.bet Also at 2 under par - playing such solid golf. If he can get his putter working he could finish top 5 no problem.
Xander Schauffele 3 points each way at 125/1 with Sportnation.bet At one under he is a danger - plays very solid golf in all Majors and I believe he will once again be up there come Sunday after a good first couple of rounds.
USPGA Championship Golf Betting Tips 2019 - Post Round 1
Tony Finau 3 points each way at 35/1 with Sportnation.bet – Finau played really solid in his round of level par - having two bogeys and an eagle. He is seven shots back from Koepka of course, but only three shots off third. THink this is decent value after a good start.
Matt Kuchar 2 points each way at 66/1 with Sportnation.bet – This looks like really decent value - someone who has already won twice this year and looked again to have his game in good shape yesterday. Two birdies and bogeys equalled out his round and he is one good round away from being a proper contender this week.
Si Woo Kim 1 point each way at 100/1 with Sportnation.bet – The 2017 Players Championship winner has the ability to win a Major - three top 10s this season and he had five birdies yesterday in round 1 so he is obviously swinging it well. Huge odds after the first round - if he does the same the next three rounds he will be close to the top of the leaderboard.
USPGA Championship Golf Betting Tips 2019 - Pre Tournament Bets
Rickie Fowler 5 points each way at 20/1 with Sportnation.bet – He will win a Major at some point in his career and Bethpage Black could be the place. Won already this year – was top 10 at the Masters and 4th in his last start at the Wells Fargo Championship. The last time the Tour were at Bethpage Black at the 2016 Barclays he was the 54 hole leader.
Francesco Molinari 4 points each way at 22/1 with Sportnation.com – Very surprised to see his odds this long – three top 10s this year including a win and that fantastic Masters run. His accuracy with his driver and irons should suit him well at Bethpage.

Patrick Reed 2 points each way at 50/1 with Sportnation.bet – Won the last big event that was played at Bethpage Black, the 2016 The Barclays. Has played 13 events this year and missed only one cut but had no top 10s. Horses for courses do work even at Majors so think he is a good pick at these odds.
Lucas Bjerregaard 1 point each way at 125/1 with Sportnation.bet – Impressed a lot of people with his run at the WGC Match Play Championship where he finished 4th. His long game especially should be suited to the test that Bethpage offers with long and straight hitters benefitting the most.
Jason Kokrak 1 point each way at 125/1 with Sportnaton.bet – Not only one of the form players on the PGA Tour (4 top tens from 11 starts). He also has had good experiences at Bethpage Black – he was 7th in the 2016 The Barclays.
