1. Taylor Pendrith was born in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada on the May 30, 1991.

2. He started playing golf in 2003 and teed it up in his first tournament in 2006 having initially taught himself how to play.

3. He attended Kent State University and graduated in 2014 with a degree in Sports Administration.

4. While at Kent State, he played on the golf team alongside fellow Canadian Corey Conners.

5. Pendrith was actually the best man at Conners' wedding.

6. He turned professional in late 2014, shortly after representing Canada at the Eisenhower Trophy. Canada finished second behind the United States that year.

7. While attending Bayview Secondary, he was named the school's baseball MVP and 2008 Athlete of the Year.

8. Prior to starting college, Pendrith won the Canadian Junior Long Drive Championship with a drive of 349-yards. The ball speed registered at 190mph.

9. His favorite golf course is Kawartha CC in Ontario because his sister Jennifer is the superintendent at it.

10. His dream foursome would include Tiger Woods, Wayne Gretzky and Mats Sundin, the latter two of which are ice-hockey players.

14. In 2019, he finished runner-up in the Osprey Valley Open and won the 1932byBateman Open and Mackenzie Investments Open to finish second in the Order of Merit and earn a place on the Korn Ferry Tour.

15. He earned a PGA Tour card at the conclusion of the 2020–21 Korn Ferry Tour season by finishing seventh on the season-long points list.

16. In 2022 and 2024, Pendrith was selected for the International team at the Presidents Cup. He lost all four of his matches at the 2022 event but won two of five matches at Royal Montreal in 2024.

17. Throughout his career, he has amassed over $10 million in career earnings on the PGA Tour.

18. His best finish at a Major arrived in the 2024 US Open when he ended in a tie for 16th.

19. Pendrith's maiden PGA Tour title was secured at the 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson. He shot -23 to win by a stroke.
