Zach Johnson secured a dramatic win at The Open thanks to two birdies with his unusual SeeMore FGP putter in the three man playoff, with a further long effort on the 72nd hole just getting him there.
The American was one of a number of players to make equipment changes for The Open at St Andrews, opting to ditch his 21° Titleist 909H hybrid in favour of the lower flighted Titleist 712U driving iron.
This change gave him more run on the firm links fairways and more control when playing back into the wind on the tricky Old Course back nine.
It paid off for Johnson, whose win saw him join a list of just six golfers to win majors at both Augusta National and St Andrews, a list that includes Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods and Seve Ballesteros.
Alongside the driving iron, Johnson used clubs including the Titleist 913D2 driver, a lower spin Titleist 913Fd 3-wood and 913F 5-wood, as well as three Titleist wedges.

Johnson also used a Titleist Pro V1x golf ball and an unusual SeeMore FGP centre-shafted putter, which he used to devastating effect on Sunday.
As well as being the choice of the champion at St Andrews, Titleist continued to lead the way as the number one ball choice at The Open since records began, with 91 players teeing up a Pro V1 or Pro V1x.
