A review of the Mizuno JPX wedge

Mizuno JPX
Golf Monthly Verdict

On full shots the Mizuno JPX is one of the most forgiving wedges on the market. The larger than average head will inspire confidence for those who need help around the greens. Not for those requiring versatility.

Why you can trust Golf Monthly Our expert reviewers spend hours testing and comparing products and services so you can choose the best for you. Find out more about how we test.

With a slightly larger clubhead than the MP Series, the JPX wedge is designed to offer easy transition from large cavity-back irons. A triple-cut sole should aid versatility.

The Mizuno JPX wedge provides excellent forgiveness levels but is not for those who want to play a range of shots.
