Woosnam Returns To Par 3 Championship
Former Masters champion Woosnam will make second appearance at event
Ian Woosnam OBE makes his return to the Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship to take on another stellar field in this year's championship.
The 1991 Masters champion and 2006 winning Ryder Cup captain will be at the Cromwell Course at Nailcote Hall, Cambridgeshire, between 6-9 August.
Celebrating its 80th Anniversary this year, the Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship is set to be even bigger and better than ever before.
The prize fund is increased to a massive £100,000 and golf legend Tony Jacklin CBE will return to host the event.
Other professionals and celebrities alike will be at Nailcote Hall for the event, which will be televised on Sky Sports and Challenge TV.
Woosnam joined the privileged elite of world golf when he earned his world number one status after winning the Masters.
He is the only golfer to have won European order of merit titles on the main tour and the senior tour.
