Try Golf for Free at Marlborough Golf Club
Marlborough Golf Club have started an exciting opportunity to Try Golf for free at their club

Marlborough Golf Club in Wiltshire has announced a ‘Try Golf' programme with the aim of attracting more young people and families.
The event, which will run from April 2 - April 6, encourages newcomers to take part in a number of one-hour lessons run by the club's professional, Simon Amor.
Sessions will be held throughout the school holidays with evening events on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lasting from 6.30 - 7.30pm. Morning slots are also available on Tuesday and Wednesday between 10 - 11am.
Saturday will feature a fun event for all ages with a family session from 3 - 4pm followed by a ‘Texas Scramble.' Hungry mouths will be fed courtesy of a buffet in the evening.
Les Tute, General Manager of the Club, described the initiative as a "wonderful opportunity for people who have never tried golf before. The one-hour sessions are all free. Equipment will be provided. All you need to do is book your session and turn up."
Separate group sessions are available for those clubs, societies and associations with a minimum of six members interested.
Bookings for ‘Try Golf' can be made by calling the professional on 01672 512 147. Anyone seeking further information should contact Frank Jeffrey on 01672 810 094.
