Victory for GB and Ireland
Great Britain and Ireland impressed during the singles to defeat Continental Europe in the Seve Trophy while the USA looked strong throughout their win over the International side in the Presidents Cup.

Great Britain and Ireland began the day one point behind Continental Europe in the Seve Trophy but fought back strongly to take the event 16½-11½.
The home side dropped only two points in the Sunday singles at The Heritage in Ireland.
Great Britain and Ireland captain Nick Faldo will look to repeat the victory when his European side take on the USA next year in the Ryder Cup.
?I thought it was a great week,? said Faldo. ?All 20 players did their bit and I was delighted with my team. They obviously wanted to win and came through. I don?t know what inspired them but everybody did his bit.?
This was Great Britain and Ireland?s fourth win out of five since the event began.
