True Thailand Classic Betting Tips
Check out who we think will do well with our True Thailand Classic Betting Tips
The European Tour heads back to Asia this week for the True Thailand Classic. Will Kiradech Aphibarnrat or Thongchai Jaidee triumph on home soil? Check out who we think will do well with our True Thailand Classic Betting Tips.
Thai duo Thongchai Jaidee and Kiradech Aphibarnrat will hope to take advantage of the home crowd when they compete in the True Thailand Classic at Black Mountain Golf Club.
Last year's inaugural event was won by Australian Andrew Dodt, who managed to complete a surprise one-stroke victory over fellow Aussie Scott Hend and home favourite Thongchai Jaidee.
Dodt returns this year to defend his title, with Jaidee playing the role of local hero alongside fellow countryman Kiradech Aphibarnrat. Jaidee almost won on home soil last year but came up a single shot short.
The event will feature a modest field as most of the elite Europeans are staying on in the US after last weeks' WGC-Cadilac Championship to compete in the WGC-Dell Match Play event in Texas in two weeks’ time - before finalising preparations for next month’s Masters.

Thongchai Jaidee 2 points at 14/1 - in three strokeplay starts at Black Mountain, Jaidee has finished T2 (last year's event), as well as T7 (2010) and T5 (2009) in the Black Mountain Masters. He has also secured top 10 finishes in four of his last five home-soil starts.
Kiradech Aphibarnrat 2 points each way at 22/1 - after finishing fourth in last year's event here and third at the 2010 Black Mountain Masters, Aphibarnrat will be hoping to use the home crowd to his advantage as he looks to improve on a T49 finish at Doral last week. He had two wins on the European Tour last year so will have a decent chance if he plays anywhere near his best.
Joos Luiten 2 points each way at 16/1 - this will be his first start at Black Mountain but he does have a good record in Asia, with 10 top 25 finishes in his last 13 rounds there. In addition, Luiten is playing well and has finished in the top 15 in his four starts this season.
Julien Quesne 0.5 points each way at 40/1 - a man in form with back-to-back top 10s to his name (T4 in the Maybank Championship Malaysia and T9 in the Perth International). Quesne now has four top 10 finishes from his last 10 worldwide starts.
