Titleist enjoys UK golf ball domination
More golfers are buying Pro V1s than any other ball to help Titleist take top market share.

Titleist is the number one choice for golfers when it comes to buying new golf balls according to research.
Market figures released this week reveal that last year almost 40% of all golf balls sold in the UK were made by Titleist.
The findings in the Sports Marketing Surveys Ball Report show Titleist accounting for 39% of sales with its nearest rivals snatching just 12% market share.
The company also boasts five of the top seven different types of ball being sold across the country, with the Titleist Pro V1 being the most popular.
The results are a major boost for Titleist which has just overhauled the Pro V1 for this season.
The 2007 version has improved aerodynamics and promises to deliver a more optimal ball flight for longer distances.
Already this year on the world?s tours the ball has been used to win 29 titles compared to just six for its closest rival.
