Our Open-themed poll asked readers to predict the week's winning aggregate total, and the majority of voters correctly predicted that it would be -15 or better. 53% of readers were successful, with 47% incorrectly predicting that the winning total would lie somewhere between -8 and -14. Nobody voted for the the third category, which was even-par to -7 inclusive.
Tiger Woods secured his third Open title with an eighteen-under-par total of 270, finishing two strokes clear of his fellow American Chris DiMarco.
