Open de Andalucia golf betting guide
The European Tour makes its way from Italy to Spain for the Open de Andalucia. Defending champion Louis Oosthuizen is out, but expect big performances from those seeking their first win

With defending champion Louis Oosthuizen forced to withdraw Alvaro Quiros and tournament host Miguel Angel Jimenez will be the main attractions.
Quiros had an electric start to the year highlighted by a win in Dubai. Always at the top of driving distance stats Quiros may able to reduce this 6,817 yard course to little more than a drive and a flick and he comes in favourite at 12/1.
With the added pressure of trying to promote an event Jimenez could be forgiven for being fatigued as the week progresses and Raphael Jacquelin, despite his 25-1 odds, may come back down to earth following the elation of his win last week. Jamie Donaldson has yet to miss a cut this season and has improved his position in every event since February. At 33/1 he could prove useful for an each way bet along with big-hitting Nicolas Colsaerts who, at 40-1, should be confident after a tied-fifth finish in Sicily.

If looking for a winner, however, you would do well to go for Oliver Wilson at 40/1. He had his first unofficial win at the Tavistock Cup (which included this magical shot) against the likes of Woods, Els, and Poulter and is long overdue a trophy on the European Tour.
Sticking with the English I get the sense that Chris Wood is bound to break through sooner or later. His putting ability is not in doubt and a solid all-round game could prove a perfect match for this traditional course. He comes in at 25/1.
