OHL Classic at Mayakoba golf betting guide
The PGA Tour travels outside the US again this week for the OHL Classic at Mayakoba at Playa del Carmen in Mexico.
Hosted at El Camaleon Golf Club, some of the tours top players will be looking to get some early Fedex Cup points in what is now a new-look beginning to the season.
This is the first time the OHL Classic has its own designated week, not running alongside the Accenture World Matchplay in February as usual.
Due to the scheduling change, this year will see an increase in the quality of the field. Four major champions and last year's winner John Huh headline perhaps the tournament's strongest ever field.
It's not often a favourite has such long odds, however having never played at this venue Ryan Moore, at 16/1 with Ladbrokes may struggle with the lack of local knowledge.
Brian Gay at 25/1 with Ladbrokes, could be a great bet. The 2008 champion is 2nd in all-time earnings at the OHL Classic and fresh off a 4th place finish at The McGladrey Classic.

Tim Clark also at 25/1 with Ladbrokes, looks like a safe punt. Measuring under 7,000 yards El Camaleon will suit the South African's precision. His current form is also good, coming off a tie for 2nd last week following a final round 62.
John Huh looks decent value this week, at 40/1 with Ladbrokes. Last year's champion and 2012 PGA tour Rookie of the year is certainly no stranger to this venue. A final round 63 suggests he knows what it takes to win on Sunday.
Robert Allenby at 100/1 with Ladbrokes, could be one to watch as an outsider. Last year's runner-up was only a bogey from victory when he stood on the 18th tee last year. The Australian knows what it takes to get into contention at El Camaleon.
McGladrey Classic advised bets:
3pts each way on Brian Gay at 25/1 with Ladbrokes 3pts each way on Tim Clark at 25/1 with Ladbrokes 2pts each way on John Huh at 40/1 with Ladbrokes 1pt each way on Robert Allenby at 100/1 with Ladbrokes
