The Portugal Masters celebrates its fifth anniversaryand the Oceânico Victoria Golf Course in Vilamoura prepares welcomes the strongest field ever assembled.
This week's Portugal Masters will mark a special moment for the newly appointed Oceânico golf brand ambassador and Portugal's number one golfer, Ricardo Santos as he gets a taste of competing alongside the best players in Europe over his home golf course.
Oceânico's golf brand ambassador is currently ranked third on the Challenge Tour courtesy of a maiden victory at the 2011 Princess by Schüco, and Santos has already secured his full European Tour card for the 2012 season.
Featuring players from 23 different nationalities and 38 of the current top 60 players in The Race to Dubai rankings, the Oceânico Victoria layout looks set to provide a stern test for the competitors throughout the week.
