Englishman Simon Dyson defends the Indonesian Open this week after recently claiming he is ?the man to beat? when the European Tour comes to Asia. He comes from a third place finish in last weeks Malaysian Open and as a former Asian Tour Order of Merit winner few would argue with his claim. The event joined the European Tour in 2005 and is joint sanctioned by the Asian Tour.
In the inaugural event Thaworn Wiratchant won in impressive fashion by shooting rounds of 63, 63, 66 and 63. Competitors will face a new challenge as the event moves to the Damai Indah Golf and Country Club for the first time.
CONTENDERS: Thongchai Jaidee, Simon Dyson, Notah Begay III
