Golf tips of the week: Attack the ball tips

Our lower body should provide a strong base to the swing. At the top of the backswing you should be poised, ready to launch into a committed attack on the ball. This will help you find a more simple, efficient lower body movement. Improved power and control will be the inevitable result.
