Golf tips of the week: Attack the ball tips

Our lower body should provide a strong base to the swing. At the top of the backswing you should be poised, ready to launch into a committed attack on the ball. To ensure that your knees aren’t bending more than they should, destroying the stability that is at the heart of a powerful swing, tie a scarf around your legs as shown.
