Bennett, back from a neck injury, finished tied for ninth position on four under par after recovering from a 76 in the fifth round. Meanwhile Richardson, who finished fifth on the PGA EuroPro Tour Order of Merit, capped his rookie season with a tie for 24th place at -1.
PGA EuroPro Tour managing director Eddie Hearn showed his delight for the succssful duo.
?We?re all delighted for both Warren and Matthew,? he said.
?Matthew has had a sensational rookie year and has shown all his class throughout 2006, and I?m sure he will make the step up to the European Tour in style.?
?It?s great for Warren to return to the European Tour after using the PGA EuroPro Tour as a springboard in his comeback. He?s a proven winner at that level and we wish him all the best in 2007.?
Meanwhile there was heartbreak for Bourne's Matthew King, who had a miserable 83 in the final round when a 77 would have been enough to secure his card.
