Course layout: The open terrain suggests little trouble but well placed tee shots are crucial. Approaching from the wrong side of the fairway can be extremely challenging. The 17th is the toughest hole at Brora. A demanding drive on this 438-yard par 4 is followed by a second shot to a green protected by gaping bunkers.
Stats: par 69, SSS 70, 6,110 yards
Green fees: £35wd round, £45wd day, £40we round, £50we day.

History: The club was founded in 1891, though the current layout owes much to James Braid, who re-designed the course in 1923.
