Africa Open Golf Betting Tips
Following a successful week for this column last week where we tipped winner Andy Sullivan, the European Tour remains in South Africa for the Africa Open.
This is a tricky event as the WGC-Cadillac Championship taking place across the pond in Florida and therefore the class that would be in this field are missing.
Therefore I will be looking at backing last week’s winner and favourite Andy Sullivan, who you can still get for a reasonable 10/1.
The event has been dominated by South African winners, with Thomas Aiken winning it last time out, and other winners including Charl Schwartzel and Louis Oosthuizen. Therefore I will be also looking to a couple of homegrown challengers
The £10 betting challenge with our bloggers DownThe18th continues - results so far are at the bottom of this post, or to read about how we both did last week check out their blog.

Africa Open golf betting tips advised bets
Andy Sullivan £5 to win at 10/1 – The Englishman is on a mission to reach the top 50 in the world and therefore get entry to the Masters. Is one of the form players in the world and will be looking for another W this week - also finished 5th here in 2013.
Justin Walters £1 each way at 50/1 – Showed some promise last week with a Top 25 finish that included a 2nd round 66. Was 20th here last season where he shot four rounds under 70 so worth a go at this price.
Simon Dyson £1 each way at 66/1 – Really surprised to see him with this long odds. Looked back to somewhere near his best last week at the Joburg Open before falling away towards the latter stages of the tournament.
Chris Swanepoel 50p each way at 200/1 – A long shot but sticking with the South African players. Finished 4th here in 2010 and had a top 10 finish at the Joburg Open last week.
All odds from Paddy Power. Each way bets - ¼ odds top 5 places.
