Special moment for two UK golfers
One man records 11th November 2011 hole-in-one on 11th hole while the other hits two aces in the same round
Two golfers have set their clubhouses buzzing with excitement for different reasons after notching hole-in-ones.
Peter Stretton, a member of Moor Hall in Sutton Coldfield, registered his first ever hole-in-one when holing out from the tee on the 11th hole.
The hole-in-one on the 11th hole was distinctive because it was on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of the 11th year of the new millennium.
Meanwhile over at Hemsted Forest Golf Club in Cranbrook, Kent, 74-year-old Alan Covill produced an unbelievable two hole-in-ones in the same round.
First holing out on the eighth hole, a 165-yard par 3, with his 7 wood, and then on the 129-yard 11th hole with a 6 iron.
The odds of achieving this are thought to be around 67 million to one. The National Lottery by comparison has odds of winning of around 15 million to one.
Congratulations go to both golfers on their remarkable achievement.
