The Capital Golf store has just undergone a huge re-fit and is staking a claim to be regarded as the finest golf shop in the London area.
The store is fitted with a Foresights Sport GC2 simulator with HMT (Head Measurement Technology) which is one of the best on the market, and allows golfers to be custom-fit on the simulator under the guidance of a PGA professional.
How to get the most from a custom fitting.
The shop, at 2000 sq ft is large and stocks plenty of equipment from all the major brands including Taylormade, Titleist, Callaway and Ping as well as the most expensive clubs in the world from Honma.
Customers will also find a superb range of clothing from brands such as Galvin Green, Wolsey, Ralph Lauren and J Lindeberg.

The store is family-run and managing director Garo Avakian says: “Our aim is to be the best golf shop in the whole city. His golfing highlights are making albatross on the 9th hole on the Hotchkin Course at Woodhall Spa, shooting an under-par round, playing in the Aramco Team Series on the Ladies European Tour and making his one and only hole-in-one at the age of 15 - a long time ago now!
