Llantrisant and Pontyclun Golf Club became the Junior Golf Championship 2009 winners at the Final held at Builth Wells Golf Club.

Llantrisant and Pontyclun Golf Club became the Junior Golf Championship 2009 winners at the Final held at Builth Wells Golf Club.
With over 150 original teams starting out in the event and raising a fantastic £16,000 the Final was a close run event.
The youngest team, with an average age of 11, representing Pontypridd Golf Club came runners-up and Old Padeswood Golf Club near Wrexham, took third place.
Ysgol Botwnnog from Pwllheli were the top fundraising team with both them and the winners receiving new golf bags from TaylorMade along with signed personal messages from Welsh professional Bradley Dredge.
Preparations have already commenced for the 2010 Championship and details will be available in the Autumn.
