International Golf & Resort Management delivers 'Golf on your doorstep'
‘Golf on Your Doorstep’ is an exciting initiative that enables golfers to buy a share in a luxury home at a prestigious golf resort with golf playing rights built in.
An alliance between International Golf & Resort Management (IGRM) and The Fractional Group will soon deliver the dream to hundreds of golfers who want own a home on one of the Costa del Sol’s fabulous courses. ‘Golf on Your Doorstep’ is an exciting initiative that enables golfers to buy a share in a luxury home at a prestigious golf resort with golf playing rights built in.
Fractional ownership (shared ownership in perpetuity) is a fast-growing sector of the property market and is considered to be one of the most financially astute ways of purchasing overseas property since the costs of purchase are shared and the expenses of running a home are defrayed.
Already proven successful in America, The Fractional Group and IGRM intend to take fractional ownership to new heights by the delivery of the ultimate golf locations, luxury homes, golf memberships and impeccable concierge services where golfers pay substantially less for the privilege of ownership.
The first project to be released is at Alhaurin Golf – an Andalucian pueblo style resort built around a Seve Ballesteros course in the Sierra de Mijas Mountains. Thirty minutes drive from Marbella and the international airport at Malaga, the cost of ownership of a fractional apartment at Alhaurin Golf starts at just €25,000 euros and includes playing rights at the club and at nearby Calanova and Cabopino golf clubs.
