Glenmorangie has launched a competition to find the world's most Unnecessarily Well Made golf holes aiming to produce a definitive list of the globe's finest 18 holes. Golf Monthly looks at the holes of the host venue of the 2014 Open Championship, Royal Liverpool Golf Club.
