The launch of GameBOO by the online golfing community GOLFBOO offers golfers the chance to ‘play’ for a marvellous golf holiday break on the Costa del Sol.
With the launch of GameBoo, a quick-fire, fun and educational game, GOLFBOO aims to prove that booking a golf holiday does not have to be a time-consuming process.
The game highlights the simplicity of booking a golf holiday with its live tee-time system and gives one golfer the chance to win a dream golf holiday for two.
Created as an entertaining and interactive competition, GameBOO invites golfers to simulate the process of creating a tee-time booking with GOLFBOO, just to prove how easily and quickly it can be done.
The game will be open for play from 15th May, with the person who achieves the quickest time for ‘reserving’ two tee times of their choice on GOLFBOO partner courses winning a weekend break for two on the Costa del Sol.
This includes a two-night stay in Marbella, two rounds of golf, flights and airport transfers.
The company’s Director, Fabio Peral, is confident that GameBOO will allow users to discover just how simple it can be to finalise their next golf holiday with GOLFBOO. He said:

“GOLFBOO has not only been designed to bring the best-value and best-quality package deals into one place, it also makes booking part of the holiday.
“We think that playing GameBOO will give golfers an insight into how exciting and completely user-friendly it is to book with GOLFBOO and we expect to see some very fast times indeed.”
Once logged-on to http://game.golfboo.com/en users will be presented with the competition challenge: reserve two separate tee times for two people on two different days in 2014.
One course must be at home and the other abroad, and the booking must not exceed the value of 250€.
There is a limit of five minutes for each participant to complete the challenge but Peral expects the winning time to be a good deal quicker.
“Given the simplicity of the system, we would expect the winning time to be well under one minute”.
Delivering more power to the consumer, GOLFBOO is the only golf-specific service, which simultaneously searches hundreds of travel websites for over 6,000 packages from more than 65 tour operators.
The clever system uses the details entered by the consumer to return information on the availability of tee times and the most suitable hotels, producing only the most accurate options as per their selected fields.
