The Belfry has been named England's Best Golf Hotel at the inaugural World Golf Awards.
It comes at the end of an exciting 2014 for the four-time Ryder Cup host venue, the subject of a £26m investment earlier in the year.
The renovations saw improvements to the hotel and spa facilities, including newly refurbished bedrooms, new restaurants and bars and an upgraded look designed to reflect the Ryder Cup heritage of the Midlands resort.
The World Golf Awards form part of the World Travel Awards and are voted for by key industry figures - including executives, tour operators and agents - as well as regular golfers.
"To once again receive such an accolade from key individuals within the industry, as well as golfing costumers, is a fantastic honor for everyone," said Ian Knox, The Belfry's Director of Golf.
"It is a well-deserved achievement fir everyone in the team, from the starters to the greenskeepers, who work tirelessly to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Chris Frost, Managing Director of the World Golf Awards, added:
"Following the major investments at The Belfry, it has certainly proven itself to be back amongst the world's best and has been a big hit with everyone across the industry."
