We take a closer look at Juli Inkster's team, who will be hoping to win back the Solheim Cup.
On September 18th, the USA and Europe will do battle in the form of the 2015 Solheim Cup at St Leon-Rot GC in Germany.
Team Europe, led by Carin Koch this year, have won the last two editions, with the 2013 success coming in America for the first time.
The USA, who have won the tournament eight times since it was founded in 1990, have Juli Inkster at the helm.
We decided to take a closer look at the players Inkster will have to choose from when the tournament comes around.

Lexi Thompson
With four LPGA victories to her name, Thompson will be an important player for the USA. She only turned professional five years ago, winning her first tournament just a year later at the Navistar LPGA Classic. Her only Solheim Cup appearance came in 2013 where she had a 1-2-0 record.
Michelle Wie
Wie has appeared three times previously in the Solheim Cup (2009, 2011, 2013). She's suffered with injuries, but is another who knows how to win, with four LPGA Titles to her name.

Morgan Pressel
A two-time LPGA Tour winner, Pressel has played in the last four Solheim Cups. She is the youngest player in LPGA history to win a major, having won the Kraft Nabisco Championship at 18.
Lizette Salas
After turning professional in 2011, Salas competed in the Solheim Cup two years later, finishing with a record of 1-0-2. She has one LPGA Tour victory to date, coming at the Kingsmill Championship last year.
Brittany Lincicome
Winner of the ANA Inspiration earlier this year, Lincicome can now lay claim to two major titles. She has also appeared in four Solheim Cups teams.
Stacy Lewis
Few know the winning feeling on the USA's team like Lewis. She has 11 LPGA Tour titles to her name, including two majors. She has played in the Solheim Cup twice before and has a record of 2-5-1.
Alison Lee
After turning professional in December last year, Lee has put in some impressive performances. She has finished in the top 10 five times this season.
Brittany Lang
Virginia-born Lang qualified for the LPGA Tour on her first attempt in 2005. She has gone on to win one tournament on Tour (2012 Manulife Financial LPGA Classic).
Cristie Kerr
An experienced head, Kerr turned pro in 1996 and has competed in seven Solheim Cups. She has one win this year, at the Kia Classic.
Paula Creamer
A captain's pick, Creamer will offer experience to the USA Team, with 10 LPGA Tour wins to her name. She has also played on five Solheim Cups teams previously.
