Scheduled to take place in the summer of 2015, the inaugural event is expected to attract competitors from around the globe.
Founder of The Man Who, Drew McKenzie says, "I'm delighted to launch my company with this H.M. Bateman classic, which I'm sure will appeal to the golfing world globally.
"The important aspect of this whole venture is to give a little back to the sport that has given me so much over the years.
"As I have an absolute passion for golf, nothing would give me greater pleasure than seeing the world's first Disabled Open at St Andrews, especially as my brother Rob is himself disabled."
Initially the cards will be available online but it is hoped the cards will soon be available in golf clubs and retail outlets throughout the UK.
