Hat-trick of aces for Jimmy Harris
Eighty-seven year old Jimmy Harris registers his third hole-in-one of the year

Eighty-seven year old Jimmy Harris, of Romford Golf Club, registered his third hole-in-one of the year after acing the 159-yard 17th at his home club.
Harris had already made two aces since June and admitted his delight after the remarkable feat.
"This is spooky stuff as most golfers know to get one or two in a lifetime is special but to get three in six months is very special and at 87 years old must be some sort of record."
Harris was born in 1924 and joined Romford Golf Club in 1957. Besides making three holes-in-one since June, he has been a Club Champion in three decades and was an ever-present in the Romford Thorndon Cup team for a period of 25 years.
