Teams announced for Boys Home Internationals
The English, Welsh, Scottish and Irish teams have been revealed for the Boys Home Internationals, taking place at County Louth in Ireland next week
Next week, from Tuesday 7 to Thursday 9 August, County Louth in Ireland will stage the Boys Home Internationals, with five debutants set to take their bow.
County Louth in Baltray, Drogheda has hosted many professional events, including the Irish Open in 2004 and 2009.
The three-day tournament will consist of five morning foursomes match ups, followed by 10 singles games in an afternoon session.
This competition is just one of the many that the R&A organise, on both a professional and amateur level. They govern all of golf outside America and Mexico, and continue to aid the development of the game around the world.
Spectators are welcome at the tournament, with free admission, parking and otheir facilities being made available for all who attend. For those not able to make the trip, scorecards and reports can be found on www.RandA.org.
