Surrey's Ellis Keenan wins Bridget Jackson Bowl
Surrey’s Ellis Keenan gave herself an early 18th birthday present when she won the Bridget Jackson Bowl at Handsworth
Ellis, who celebrates her birthday on Sunday, was six-under par for the 36-hole strokeplay event with rounds of 68, 70. She was six shots ahead of the joint runners-up, Holly Clyburn and Tilly Holder.
This was the Sunningdale player s second win in a top scratch event this season, following her earlier success in the Hampshire Rose.
