The scene looks to be set for what should be an excellent match, with players such as Fitzpatrick - who has already had an outstanding year, winning the silver medal as leading amateur at The Open Championship at Muirfield - in good form.
Shinkwin has also had an excellent season, having beaten Fitzpatrick in the English Amateur Championship 36-hole final at Frilford Heath.
