"I didn't warm up well today. I had a two-way miss going so I was trying to clean that up where at least I had just a one-way miss. Whatever that is, miss way left or way right. On the golf course and again had a little bit of a two-way miss, but not as bad."
"My celebrations are all spontaneous. 13, I went nuts and 18 I was just like, "Sweet."
Lee Westwood
The last European to win a US Open was an Englishman and that was before I was born. It would be great to follow in his footsteps. And obviously the reason I practice everyday is to get into this position

I have pretty much the greatest job ever, I get to play this game for a living and then I get to play in the U.S. Open and play particularly well so far. You always want to be around the best players. I haven't been there that many times, but I loved it when I have been.

You don't know what's going to happen in the last round at a U.S. Open. My story proves that more than anyone's. Obviously I'd love to be in the lead, but 2 or 3 or 4 back -- 4 shots could disappear in three holes.
The amount of shots isn't as important as the amount of people, and there are probably only two or three people between me and the lead, and that's similar to Winged Foot again. I'll be in the second to last group or third to last group and have every chance.
