The 208-yard 17th is one of the most deceptive holes on the golf course. Coastal winds are often hidden from the tee thanks to a hedge that lines the right-hand side of the hole and a grandstand that sits to the right of the green. Controlling the ball through the wind is subsequently a major task, while the figure of eight-shaped green ensures a narrow target area.
