Congressional Country Club: Hole 4
The 2011 US Open returns to Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland. Here's your hole-by-hole guide to the Blue course that last hosted America's Open in 1997
Hole 4 Par 4 470 yards
Another new tee to combat the advances in technology, the 4th now plays nearly 40 yards longer than it did back in the 1997 US Open, 470 yards in total. The fairway doglegs from right to left. Large bunkers at the front of the green will eat up anything short and the green itself slopes severely from front to back.
