The R&A has launched a new microsite to focus on this summer's 118th Amateur Championship and other annual events on the amateur calendar.
The new site will also profile tournaments like The Walker Cup, the Boy's Amateur Championship, the Junior Open Championship, the Senior Open Amateur Championship and five more high profile UK amateur events.
Among the features on the new site there will be video features of highlights and coverage of amateur events with live scoring, draws and amateur tour gossip, and an events calendar.
Feeds from The R&A's Facebook and Twitter channels will enable users of the website to follow the latest news from its amateur events throughout the golf season.
Michael Tate, Executive Director - Business Affairs at The R&A, said: "The new microsite will give these historic championships a dynamic new digital presence."
The Amateur Championship will begin Saturday June 22 at Royal Cinque Ports and Princes in Deal, Kent.
Some 288 of the world's top amateur golfers from 29 countries are set to compete. The winner will earn a place at this summer's Open Championship at Muirfield and next year's US Open at Pinehurst, North Carolina.
