OGIO releases new waterproof Aquatech bags
Utah-based golf bag and accessory company OGIO has released its version of a waterproof golf bag with the launch of 2016s stylish Aquatech range.
They’ve been crafting bags for nearly 30 years and the new range features both cart and stand bags made from lightweight hydrophobic materials including waterproof zippers to ensure no water makes its way inside.
The bags will stand up to extreme weather when the heavens open with OGIO claiming the Aquatech range will keep your equipment and belongings 100% dry.
The new Aquatech cart bag will come with a 16-way 2X Barrel top with an oversized putter pit, and has seven external pockets including a fleece-lined valuables pocket with a mobile phone sleeve.
The stand bag features a wide-stance all-terrain stand system designed to keep the bag upright in the harshest of conditions and will have a 9.5” top with eight dividers and six external pockets.

It features a four-point harness strap designed to spread the load evenly across both shoulders to ensure optimum comfort when carrying your clubs.
OGIO announced a revoloutonary new golf bag strap late last year and this will have to be bought separately if you wish to have it on the new Aquatech stand bag.
OGIO, who seem to be happy with suggestions that is stands for “Our Gear Is Outrageous’, say the bags come with the full range of features and innovative touches that customers have been used to in the past.
The bags can be used with the Straight Jacket Travel Cover and Layover Travel bag which OGIO released last year.
Both bags will come in a wide range of colours from pinks and oranges along with the more subdued colours like black, white and grey.
The Aquatech cart bag retails at £259 whilst the Aquatech stand bag retails at £259.
