The new Srixon Z Series features a set of tour-influenced woods, including the Z 545 driver, Z 45 fairway, and Z 45 hybrid

The new Srixon Z Series woods - featuring the Z 545 driver, Z 45 fairway wood, and Z 45 hybrid - has been unveiled.

The new range marks Srixon's first woods launch since the Z-Star range in 2011, and has been developed utilising advanced simulation tools at the Srixon Science Centre in Japan.

The Z Series clubs have also been designed with proprietary Digital Impact Technology to ensure the highest quality manufacturing processes lead to precise performance on the course.

Srixon Z 545 Driver

The Srixon Z Series is headlined by the new Z 545 driver; a mid-high launch, low spin, fully adjustable offering that is suitable for all abilities.

Its sleek design includes a 460cc profile that inspires confidence, advanced face construction that boosts ball speeds, and a Booster cup-face and variable thickness face that enlarge the sweet spot to increase forgiveness and distance on off-centre hits.

Distance is increased further through Srixon’s Dual Speed Technology, which helps deliver more kinetic energy at impact, resulting in more head speed, more ball speed, and more distance.

You can adjust the Srixon Z 545 driver (£325) with the Quick Tune System, which includes a 12-way hosel that tunes face angle, lie and loft. You can also reposition the centre of gravity by switching between the 3g and 7g sole weights, which move the launch and spin characteristics.

The Z 545 driver is available from October 1 with an RRP of £329 in 9 and 10.5 degree models

Srixon Z F45 fairway wood

Also in the new Srixon Z Series is the Z F45 fairway (£229), which is engineered to maximise launch conditions from all lies.

As with the driver, Dual Speed Technology helps maximise ball speed and dis tance, while the Quick Tune System features again.

An ultra-hot HT1770 maraging steel Booster cup face also raises the COR by 15 points for maximum ball speed.

The Z H45 fairway is available from October 1 with an RRP of £229

Srixon Z H45 hybrid

The Srixon Z H45 hybrid (£190) isn't adjustable, but does feature a new shape to encourage smoother turf interaction and a more confident look at address.

Dual Speed Technology again maximises ball speed and distance, and the ultra-hot HT1770 maraging steel face increases ball speed, while the centre of gravity has been moved lower to promote a higher, more penetrating launch.

The Z H45 fairway is available from October 1 with an RRP of £190.

The Z Series woods range is also complemented by four new Srixon Z Series irons models.
