eGolfScore UK, the leading provider of wireless scoring for individual golfers as well as corporate, celebrity and charity golf events, has been named the Official Scoring System (OSS) for The Grove.
The Grove corporate golf guests experience real-time wireless scoring via handheld devices, big-screen TV leaderboards and worldwide Internet broadcast of their golf outings via eGolfScore’s popular View An Event Live section. Internet leaderboards can also be placed on the golf clients’ websites.
Julia Sturgeon, who is the golf co-ordinator at The Grove, said: “Although our corporate and charity events are already very special, eGolfScore will help to make that experience even more unique for all of our guests.”
Paul Fenton, eGolfScore’s director, added: We’ve been working with The Grove over the past few years and we’re thrilled to continue our relationship as their official scoring system which is built into their corporate package.”
eGolfScore UK recently brought high tech fun to the KPMG Golf Business Forum Golf Tournament for over 90 golfers at The Twenty Ten Course at Celtic Manor.
“We were very pleased to include eGolfScore in the Golf Tournament,” said Simon Knabl, co-ordinator of the event. “ eGolfScore added a unique interactive element for everyone to enjoy, and we are grateful for their help in making this such a successful day.” Where next?
