ECCO extends endorsement with Stuart Appleby
ECCO has announced the extension of its endorsement agreement with nine-time PGA Tour winner Stuart Appleby, who will compete in the newly-introduced Comfort Classic model

ECCO has announced the extension of its endorsement agreement with nine-time PGA Tour winner Stuart Appleby, who will compete in the newly-introduced Comfort Classic model.
The news comes on the back of US Open champion, Graeme McDowell's recent switch to the Danish shoemaker.
Last year Appleby became only the fifth player in PGA Tour history to shoot a 59 in competition en route to his victory at the Greenbrier Classic.
"Stuart is a true citizen of the game who is respected worldwide for his positive attitude and proven ability to beat top competition," said Jesper Thuen, sponsor and event manager at ECCO Golf.
"His final-round 59 at the Greenbrier Classic was a truly remarkable feat accomplished in our luxurious World Class GTX shoes. We're looking forward to him competing, and continuing to win, in the Comfort Classic."
A traditional shoe with a city touch, Comfort Classic has a soft feel to accommodate a variety of foot types. Its array of state-of-the-art features include Hydromax leather uppers for excellent weather resistance, Second Skin Lining to wick moisture and create a rich interior feel, and the ECCO Comfort Fiber System insole to increase air circulation while creating a fresh, cool inner climate.
ECCO golf shoes are also worn in competition by Tour stars, including Fred Couples, Aaron Baddeley, Thomas Bjorn, Thongchai Jaidee and Bradley Dredge.
