ECCO, the global footwear company based in Denmark have announced expanding its mens ECCO Casual Hybrid range including brand new colors for the Spring and Summer. By James Taylor
ECCO Expands Casual Hybrid Range
The new colourful ECCO Casual Hybrid come in a new sleek sneaker and also modern-classic brogue versions and also include various different comforting technologies, theres are:
- Cushioning, highly flexible PU midsole with permanent memory
- ECCO Freedom Fit mixing a snug heel setting with a much and improved area that allows the toes to move naturally.
- Traction bars that are made from hundreds of traction angles for superb grip for the E-DTS outsole.
Every shoe allows for width customization due to the special leather that is used for the inlay sole that can also be removed or added to the shoe. ECCO Casual Hybrid is highly water repellent due to the ECCO HYDROMAX treatment given to all products, this showcases the silhouettes and the rich leathers used to make the shoe.
“The pioneering spirit that led us to introduce the first hybrid footwear in golf continues to drive our innovations season after season,” sid Michael Waack, Head of Global Golf at ECCO.
“These exciting new shoes pair Tour-proven technologies with the most attractive designs and richest materials,” continued Waack.
All the ECCO Casual Hybrid shoes will be crafted using the Direct-injection Process, this is also the case for all the ECCO range.

By doing this it will make sure the outsole bonds with the upper unit of the shoe, this prevents the use of glue or stitching and also the advantage a firm, water-tight seal.
Fred Couples, Ernie Els, Graeme McDowell, Thomas Bjørn, Thongchai Jaidee, Will Wilcox, Ben Evans, Jim Renner, Caroline Masson, Gerina Piller, Jennifer Johnson, Kendall Dye, Pernilla Lindberg, Therese Koelbaek and Liz Young wear the ECCO Golf collection in competition, among others worldwide.
