De Vere Golf came away big winners from the recent 59 Club Awards, with three of their destinations claiming top recognition.
The Belfry - which has hosted the Ryder Cup on four occasions - retained its title as ‘Best Venue - The Ultimate UK Golf Experience' and claimed the much sought-after ‘Gold Flag' award.
There was more good news for the De Vere group with European Tour venue Slaley Hall picking up ‘Sales Team of the Year' and the ‘Silver Flag' award, as well as Carden Park being named ‘Golf Membership Team of the Year.'
The Belfry was undoubtedly the star of the show, however, claiming top honours for ‘Golf Operation Team of the Year' and ‘Leading Individual Performance by a Golf Operation Team.'
"I'm absolutely delighted, we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service and unforgettable golf experiences to our guests," said Daniel Hodson, De Vere Director of Golf.
He added: "Our sales managers and directors of golf do a fantastic job and are the driving force behind our success. We have a fantastic team and a set of processes that ensure we provide high-quality services and value for money to the consumer, up and down the country."
The 59 Club Awards recognise venues that have excelled in their commitment to customer satisfaction, with each being marked by ‘mystery' visitors and members.
