Bushnell continues support of women's golf
Bushnell has announced its continued support of the women's game as official rangefinder of the Ladies European Tour by Alex Clewett
The laser rangefinder company, Bushnell, has announced that it will continue as official rangefinder of the Ladies European Tour in 2015.
This agreement underlines Bushnell's long-term commitment to the women's professional game through giving LET players such as Charley Hull and Gwladys Nocera access to Bushnell's latest range of products, such as the new Tour X laser rangefinder.
Bushnell's market dominance at the top level of the professional game is evident from the fact 94% of caddies used the company's products at The Players Championship in May this year, but they are also a popular choice for golfers of all abilities.
The Ladies European Tour meanwhile has moved from strength to strength over the past decade, holding 22 tournaments across 4 continents with fields comprised of 325 tour members.
This globalisation of women's golf is also evident by the fact that there are 40 different nationalities represented in the LET, translating into an increased worldwide presence of women's golf with coverage broadcast to 80 countries.
Evidently then, this commitment by Bushnell to the LET is hugely beneficial to both parties, with Bushnell's Sales and Marketing Director Ghislain Mautin commenting "Following the success of our last partnership, Bushnell is thrilled to continue supporting the Ladies European Tour and help the leading female golf professionals in their game and tournament preparations. We are confident that our excellent relations with the LET will be further strengthened by this partnership extension".
