Belfry honoured at 59 Club awards
The Belfry's position as one of the world's leading golf venues was reinforced after it was named 'The Ultimate Golf Resort 2014' at the annual 59 Club Awards this week.
The awards recognise venues for their commitment to client satisfaction through a number of criteria, from course presentation to food and beverage service.
Each resort is scored independently by a panel of mystery visitors and members to ensure a fair and unbiased representation.
The Belfry was also one of only six resorts to win the coveted 'Golf Flag' award as the Midland's venue moved towards completion of a major £26m investment.
"We are delighted to have received such an accolade from our peers within the industry, which underlines our commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service and unforgettable experiences for all of our guests," said Lynn Hood, the Belfry's Managing Director.
"It's an incredibly exciting time here at The Belfry, with the investment that has transformed the resort.

The Brabazon Bar, The Ryder Grill and Sam's Clubhouse are complemented by a range of opulent spa and leisure facilities in keeping with the Belfry's international reputation.
The Belfry is home to the Brabazon Course, a four-time Ryder Cup host, the PGA National and The Derby.
