Adams Golf has announced the appointment of Simon Homer as the new Head of Adams Golf Europe
Adams Golf has announced the appointment of Simon Homer as the new Head of Adams Golf Europe.
Simon's remit is to create a standalone brand identity for Adams Golf across Europe. He will also be supported by Philip Morley, whose focus will be on growing and promoting the Adams business on the continent.
Simon has spent several years working within the UK and European golf industry, most notably as the Sales and Marketing Director of PowaKaddy International.
"I'm delighted to be joining Adams Golf at such an exciting time," said Simon.
"I'm looking forward to establishing a European base for the brand and increasing the awareness and distribution of our products, thus replicating the success Adams Golf has enjoyed in the US."
Adams Golf Europe is a component of the adidas Group of companies, but will be looked after independently from TaylorMade-adidas Golf.
It possesses its own Customer Service, Field Sales and Marketing teams, which will be located in the company's European headquarters in Basingstoke from early 2013.
