Golf Logix GPS-8 review
As well as showing the usual yardages to the front, centre and middle of the green the waterproof Golf Logix GPS-8 also gives lay-up distances

The Golf Logix GPS-8 model is manufactured by GPS expert Garmin. As well as showing the usual yardages to the front, centre and middle of the green it also gives lay-up distances at 150 and 100 yards short of the green, as well as the carry over hazards. It comes with a completely waterproof cover and is impact-resistant. One free course download is included, followed by a £14.95 annual membership, which gives you unlimited downloads.
This device is very easy to use and download courses. Impressive durability; it would have no problems with heavy rain, or with a bag falling over in strong winds. No added extras, such as a stat collection or course images.
