Titleist Vokey Design Tour Chrome
Producing great spin from the soft face the Vokey has great feel.
Titleist Vokey Design Tour Chrome £90
Design and Tech Benefits Soft-cast satin finish. Teardrop shape with a high toe and shallow heel. A wide range of sole and bounce configurations should mean you will be able to find just the right club to suit all kinds of shots, swings and conditions. The soft 8260 mild carbon steel with standard U-grooves provide a soft yet solid feel and deliver greater control.
Specs Lofts available: 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58 and 60 degrees.
GM VERDICT The contact is noticeably softer than with some cast clubs. Crisp contact will generate spin but not a huge amount. This is a good thing as too much spin can be a nuisance when firing at the flag. With a lovely shape and great looks the Tour Chrome performs well with exceptional feel and good distance control. Overall it?s a solid contender with a great pedigree.
